Sydney Kramer
Commits to Henderson State University
I am pleased to announce that Sydney Kramer a 2011 graduate on the Texas Fusion Gold team has verbally committed to play collegiate softball for Coach Beth Jackson and the Henderson State Lady Reddies! Sydney joined the Texas Fusion program in 2007 and began playing for our 14U team, she moved to the Gold team in the fall of 2008 and has been a starter from day one. Sydney is one of the most talented athletes that we have ever coached and has been leading off and anchoring our outfield from day one. She played all infield positions throughout her career as well and has been at the top of the line up every step of the way. Prior to playing for Texas Fusion, she spent the majority if not all of her career playing for Coach Max Ellyson, at least since she was 9 years old. We are very proud of Sydney, she got a great offer from Coach Jackson, and she is very excited to be joining the Henderson State softball program. I also would like to give a special thanks to Mark Blackford, he has been very instrumental in helping put Henderson State and Sydney Kramer together. Mark has also been helping Sydney with increasing her SAT scores. We are very proud and happy for you Sydney! This is yet another example of what hard work and dedication can do for you, and there is no better feeling than putting the right kids in the right schools!
