Commits to Texas Tech University

Taylor committed to play softball for Coach Shannon Hayes and the University of Texas Tech.

Taylor had several offers on the table including a full ride from the University of Louisiana Lafayette, but from the day I met Taylor it has been her dream to play softball at Texas Tech.

We are very proud of Taylor and she has been a great leader and player for our team from day one.  She has been one of the best Short Stops that I have ever coached, and she is a force at the plate.  She hit clean up for the Gold team this summer, and lead the team in Home Runs.  She came in and worked hard and earned her spot on this team from the very beginning, we are looking forward to a great summer from her and we are extremely proud of her for all of her hard work and dedication.  She is yet another great role model and leader for the younger Fusion kids to look up to and learn from.

Congratulations Taylor, mom Robin and dad Steve, I know that you guys are so excited and happy!
